What are your opening hours?

Temmerman Ghent
Opening hours:
Tue – Sat: 11 AM – 6 PM
Sun: 12 PM – 6 PM

Temmerman Aalst
Opening hours:
Tue – Sat: 10 AM – 6 PM

Can I collect my online order in store?

Yes! You can pick up your order free of charge in Ghent or Aalst. We’ll notify you by email once your order is ready.

Store Visits & Group Tastings

Do you offer group visits or tastings?

Yes, you can visit our store with a group for a unique experience with stories, tastings, and tradition. Feel free to contact us directly, or reach out to one of our sweet city guides for more info.

Orders & Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

We typically ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed between Friday evening and Monday will be processed starting Tuesday.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Belgium is €6.50, free from €75. For international rates, please consult our shipping page.

Do you ship outside of Europe?

Yes! We work with FedEx, UPS and DHL to ship worldwide. Contact us for a personalized quote.

Can I place a business order?

Absolutely! For corporate orders, please visit our business gifts page.

Tea Selection

Do you sell tea as well?

Yes, alongside our confectionery we offer a fine selection of loose-leaf teas in our stores. From classic black teas to herbal and fruity blends — a perfect match with our sweets.

Can I order the tea online?

Yes, our full selection is available through the webshop.

Product Info & Allergens

Are your products artisanally made?

Yes, all our sweets are made according to traditional methods and recipes. We use only high-quality ingredients.

Do you offer sugar-free or vegan options?

We offer a limited range of sugar-free candies, which can be found on the sugar-free section of our webshop.

Most of our sweets are vegan-friendly, as we stay true to the original recipes which use Arabic gum as a base — with the exception of caramels (butter), guimauves, and marshmallows. Feel free to ask us in-store or via email for more information.

Do your products contain allergens?

Some of our sweets may contain nuts, gluten, lactose, or gelatin. Allergens are clearly marked per product in-store and on the packaging. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you’re unsure.

Become a Reseller

Can I become a reseller of Temmerman products?

Yes! We love working with shops and businesses that want to offer our traditional confections to their customers. If you own a store, delicatessen or food service business and are interested in partnering with us,

Other Points of Sale

Where else can I find your products outside your own shops?

A selection of our products can also be found in specialty stores, boutiques and concept stores throughout Belgium and abroad.

Returns & Complaints

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days if the product is unopened and in its original condition. See our returns policy for full details.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect
