Contest Rules – Win a Tonton Bonbon Scratch Card Promotion
1. Organizer
The contest is organized by Temmerman Holding BV, with its registered office at Molenstraat 45 bus 1, 9300 Aalst, registered in the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number [to be completed] (hereinafter “the Organizer”).
2. Duration of the Promotion
The scratch card promotion runs from 6 December 2025 until 6 January 2026, or while stocks of scratch cards last. The Organizer reserves the right to end the promotion earlier if the scratch cards are depleted.
3. Conditions of Participation
Participation is open to all natural persons aged at least 18 years who have their domicile or residence in Belgium.
Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
Participation is free and without any purchase obligation, in accordance with Belgian regulations on promotional games of chance. A purchase of at least 25 euros (online or in the Organizer’s physical stores) entitles the customer to one scratch card. A free participation per person is also possible via written request as described in Article 10.
4. Contest Mechanism
With a purchase of at least 25 euros, the customer receives one scratch card.
Each scratch card contains several concealed fields. If the participant uncovers three identical bear symbols, he or she wins a Tonton Bonbon plush bear.
Scratch cards are only valid if they are undamaged and fully legible when submitted.
5. Prizes
The prize consists of a Tonton Bonbon plush bear with a retail value of 25 euros.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
The Organizer reserves the right, in case of force majeure, to award a similar prize of equal or higher value.
6. Number of Winners
The number of prizes is limited to the available stock of plush bears. Once the stock is exhausted, no more prizes can be awarded, even if the participant presents a winning scratch card.
7. Awarding of Prizes
Winners must submit their winning scratch card in one of the participating stores or follow the instructions on the scratch card for online purchases.
The Organizer may request identification to prevent fraud.
The winner will receive the prize immediately or will be informed of the pickup time.
8. Liability
The Organizer is not liable for the loss, damage, or theft of scratch cards, nor for technical issues concerning online purchases or communication.
9. Protection of Personal Data
Personal data collected in the context of this promotion are processed in accordance with applicable Belgian and European privacy legislation (GDPR). The data are used exclusively for the execution of the contest and will not be shared with third parties unless legally required.
10. Participation Without Purchase
Each person may obtain one free scratch card without making a purchase.
To do so, a written and sufficiently stamped request must be sent to:

The letter must include the applicant’s name, address, and date of birth. A maximum of one free scratch card will be issued per person.
11. Fraud
Any attempt at fraud, abuse, or manipulation will result in the immediate exclusion of the participant, without any right to compensation.
12. Acceptance of the Rules
By participating, each participant fully and unconditionally accepts these contest rules.
13. Applicable Law and Competent Court
These rules are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district where the Organizer’s registered office is located.
